I have often thought about putting my face directly into a pie dish and have yet to pull that trigger. But no such reservations around this table. This demonstrates conscious mastery of swallowing cherry pie filling whole, and yet somehow still breathing.
The 49ers Day parade- held annually in early May- is always entertaining. My personal favorite are the country dancers. They whirl and twirl their way along the entire route. Very glamorous and extremely impressive- cardiovascularly speaking. It’s hard to top that for me.
Every year Winthrop hosts a 3 day balloon festival. Festival is probably a strong word, but it is inspiring to see them floating up and down valley over your head. They look a lot bigger in person! There is a night lighting in downtown Winthrop that also makes you think- I am in the right place at the right time. I am so cool. Maybe you can make it out next year to ski under some balloons in person.
