What a relief- just when you thought you would explode if you read one more thing about Covid-19, you look over the bridge and see that nature just doesn’t care. She is going about her change of seasons as she always has. I personally can’t wait to see each and every one of you back in this valley exploring and recreating and relaxing.

Last days of skiing continue to be fast and exhilarating. You have to get started before 9, but it will make your heart sing! After skiing these same trails every winter for 12 years, I still stop to admire the beauty. The Rendezvous system is the best right now, but check out this little slice of Mazama. I can’t believe I live here.

Finally a massive snowfall. It is proper winter here in every way from the Loup Loup Ski Bowl to fat bike, snowshoe, and nordic trails. Come ice skate, come sled. Or just have some chocolate by a fire while watching the snow and think about doing all those things!
